Experience:

- 28+ years of similar role from real estate development or Retired senior people from Government with Litigation/Liasioning/Redevelopment exp is must from Real estate. Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places.

Job Profile :

- Work out list of approvals and permissions required and obtain all approvals and permissions required for setting up, commencement and operation of the projects

- Co-ordinate with various government agencies and statutory bodies relating to various permissions, NOC's , approvals and statutory.

Candidate Profile :

- Should have strong exposure from Real Estate at National / regional with professional companies and competitive environment.
