Head - Corporate Real Estate Services - Investment Bank

Opening with a leading Investment Bank for the Head of Corporate Real Estate Services in India.

The role is responsible for the strategic management of the India real estate portfolio ensuring that it meets the needs of the business and that services are delivered to a high level of quality and in a safe & cost efficient manner.

The Head is expected to contribute to the regional CRES agenda and for ensuring consistent processes, procedures and reporting. He/she is also expected to work cross functionally within Corporate Services (CS) and instill a culture of teamwork and open communication.

Required Skills / Experience:

- Over 15 years corporate real estate, project management and facilities experience with good knowledge of the India real estate and construction industry and focused on providing a high quality office environment to support a world class investment banking business

- A self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment across countries and cultures who inspires the trust and confidence of local, regional, and global management

- Strategic thinker with understanding of workplace strategy and its organisational impact

- International experience of two or more years is desirable

- Experience of working in a multinational organization is desirable

- Experience in investment banking, financial services or critical system environments also would be advantageous
