Position: Corporate Quality Head- Leadership Role

Reporting To: Quality Director
Responsibility:
1. He/she is responsible for managing the complaint management system and the quality operations in the Distribution Centers (DC), and ensuring that the overall Quality System compliance requirements are met per the relevant Standards, corporate and local Regulation requirements.
2. Responsible for managing and facilitating the Management Review Process, ie. that Management with executive responsibility reviews the suitability and effectiveness of the quality system at defined intervals and with sufficient frequency according to established procedures and, that any improvements or changes in the quality system are implemented and documented.
3. Responsible for the development and continuous improvement of the Quality Management function and associates to the highest professional and performance standards. This includes appropriate training and accreditation to relevant professional standards, certification to Six Sigma competencies and participation in leadership and skill development training.
4. Responsible for assuring that all Quality Management function associates are trained to adequately perform their assigned quality responsibilities.
5. Employ best practices and tools to accelerate continual quality improvement, initiating lessons learned and best practice concepts; to introduce pro-active improvement and prevent recurrence of issues. Maximize the benefits for the overall system to drive compliance, Business and customer satisfaction.
