Head - Corporate Quality - FMCG

- Company is looking for a Seasoned and Serior Quality resource as Head Coporate Quality to be based in its headquartered in Mumbai.

- This position will report to Vice President - Technical. VP - Technical is also reported by Head, Audit & Compliance, Head Projects, Head Food & Pharma Regulations and Head Safery. Key Result Areas for the position are:

1. Manage, drive and administer the Quality Processes and quality improvement projects across the organization.

2. Develop and implement a customers- feedback system including analysis, feedback and corrective mechanism.

3. Frontend with clients on quality issues and improvement initiatives, and improve clients- satisfaction score.

4. Achieve the set targets for Cost of Quality, Rejection, Suppliers and Customer quality.

5. Plan and conduct Audit for internal product & processes, vendors and customer complaints.

6.Create a quality culture across the organization through coaching, influencing and leading these initiatives from the front.
