Opening – Head (Corporate Planning and Strategy)

Company – Leading Financial Services Firm

Location – Mumbai

Brief Job Profile:

 - Act as coordinator and agenda setter for strategic ideas proposed by business owners from time to time. 

 - In addition it also identifies on its own new & emerging business ideas and strategies in the financial services space by constantly interacting with industry piers for identification of emerging business trends.

 - Assist business in analyzing/evaluating each such idea or strategy by conducing feasibility study to determine its financial viability while keeping in mind strategic compulsions.

 - Once the idea/strategy is found to be worthy of execution then formulate the project plan in conjunction with business to implement such idea/strategy in cost effective and timely fashion.

 - Assist the business owner in executing the above mentioned project plan.

 - To do industry benchmarking.

 - Owning and executing mega-projects that have pan-organization impact. E.g. Aspiration 2020.

 - To put in place review mechanism and performance evaluation matrices for SBUs that is based on financial and non-financial parameters.

 - Prepare presentations for board, Manco and investor meetings.

Experience Required: Needs to have 8 to 10 years of experience in financial services practice with global consulting firm like Bain, BCG, Mckinsey etc. on strategic research and project management side.
