Position Overview : The Head of Corporate Marketing will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record in planning and implementing a successful brand marketing strategy for technology companies offering enterprise B-to-B solutions. The main focus is on innovation, creating forward thinking strategies and managing the development and execution of the brand.
Some Key responsibilities :
- Ownership over creation of and ongoing management of the brand's mission statement, positioning and language.
- Define and implement a marketing strategy to effectively build the brand among key audiences (customers, opinion leaders, investors etc) through PR campaigns, digital presence, and inbound marketing etc.
- Ownership of unified brand messaging across all touch-points, communication and creative planning.
- Partner with senior management, other marketing functions and sales, as well as leverage industry contacts to drive brand awareness & industry recognition in order to grow the business.
- Build a thought leadership strategy which positions the company effectively as the thought leaders and creates "soap boxes" to project this thought leadership.
- Ownership of public speaking engagements and PR activities/agendas.
- Develop marketing materials for effective communication with prospects and to support the User Journey (automated) and sales (touch) processes.
- Growth potential and success at hiring and managing a team of top notch professionals
Key Requirements :
- 5-10 years of successful career progression within Marketing and a few years experience as a Senior level Brand Marketing leader for a B2B technology company
- Track record developing thought-leadership positioning and getting exposure for that thought leadership with the appropriate audiences to drive positioning as a market leader.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience building a brand across all touch points such as PR, events and in-bound content (white papers, blogs).
- Proven management skills to hire and lead an International team with budget responsibilities
- Extremely strong writing, oral communication, and presentation skills, including ability to be the company's spokesperson at high profile industry and customer events.
