Head - Corporate Legal - BFSI

Job description:

- Responsible for all legal matters both litigation as well as non-litation matters .

- Over all in charge of Litigations for and against the Company which includes Civil, Criminal, Consumer matters

- Seasoned in handling litigations under various laws & regulatory compliance

- Management of all legal issues relating to business activities of the company

- Providing legal advice and support to the Business and Support functions on general lending queries and loan/lending transactions and documents as per applicable law and regulations

- Drafting, negotiating, vetting and finalizing all legal documents, commercial agreements/contracts and various loan/security documents;

- Legal due diligence and providing advisory support to various functions and branch, locations on legal issues;

- Coordination with Lawyers, Solicitors firms on legal matters related with business to ensure that the interest of the company is best protected;

- Drafting Legal manual, policy & guideline.
