Reporting into the CHRO the role is lead Corporate HR.
Your roles and responsibilities will be as follows :
- Being a part of the HR Leadership team and driving HR strategy and Culture
- Partner with the business and CHRO to drive Compensation strategies across the business
- Create and manage all the Corporate Policies, contracts, terms and all other compliance related matters
- Manage employee Database and oversee all HR operations
- We are looking for a Leadership HR profile heavy in Corporate Policies and a flair for Compensation & benefits.
Candidates with 15+ years experience only can be considered for this role from B2B or B2C industries.
This is a people management role with a team of 5.
