Head - Corporate HR & Organizational Effectiveness for a leading IT Services Company in Bangalore.
Role :
- Design and define HR Policies and Practices.
- Refine and Modifications of HR practices.
- Develop HR governance and measurement mechanism.
- Ensure performance management system and measurement.
- Managing Compensation & Benefits, which includes managing global benchmarking and evaluations, govern salary compliance, salary fitments, job evaluation & grading, design benefits.
- Manage payroll activities.
- Plan, project manage and deliver any new assignment, intervention such as process transformation, system upgrades, automation, restructuring and grading, employers of choice interventions etc.
- Responsible to design and implement OD initiatives . Managing special project, HR transformation, new initiatives, HR advisory, Change Management & Stakeholder Management.
- Reports to CHRO
Desired Profile :
- MBA with min 12+ years of HR experience, out of which minimum 5+ years into Corporate HR with relevant exposure to OD, Comp & Ben and PMS.
- Preferred experience in human capital advisory.
