Job Profile:
- Head the Corporate HR for the Group.
- Align Human Capital Development Programmes to key business priorities.
- Provide Consultation on Executive Development, Executive Talent Retention & Succession Planning.
- Determine and evaluate HR Investments, provide Cost/Quality trade offs.
- Organisational Policy Development and implementation.
HR:
- Lead and ensure the smooth, profitable functioning of HR Functions at Corporate and Business Levels across geographies
- Provide consultation to Management (Corporate & Business) on strategic staffing plans, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition and retention, recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, budgets, etc
- Assume leadership role in developing a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance with the business goals
- Lead performance management and talent assessment initiatives
- Competency mapping, Succession Planning
- Evaluating effectiveness through compiling and analyzing data is a vital function of the HR director, and they typically prepare and distribute various reports on HR metrics to ensure needs are met
- Employer branding, internal communications
The incumbent should be an expert in:
- Organization design
- Change management
- Strategic people planning
- Cross-organizational initiative planning and facilitation
- Ensure that change initiatives are anchored by implementing and maintaining appropriate systems and processes.
- Conceptualize & Implement Diagnostics and resultant interventions.
- Provide report on a quarterly basis.

Qualification : Masters In Human Resources, MBA/Executive MBA, Should Have Headed A Large Company Or Group Of Companies As HR Head .
