This position requires a dynamic and experienced HR Professional having an extensive experience in OD & OE strategy, HR Transformation & Change management.

A leading Group is looking for an experienced Leadership and Organisational Development Director to join the organisation during an exciting period of change.

Key responsibilities include:

- Design and Delivery of the OD and OE strategy across leadership development, talent management and culture

- Work with senior stakeholders including ExCo members and business heads to build a successful understanding of the business strategy, operating model and capabilities.
