We have the following reqt in Thane location in Mumbai

- MBA HR full time degree with 15 to 25 years exp from Manufacturing or good organizations Indian or Mnc looking to have a stable career with the new prospects

- Incumbent will be required to set up HR dept @ corporate level as the Head with 4-5 reportees , structure the hr functions in a professional manner suited to organization's policy framework .Will work with various SBUs within the org on a day to day basis . He has to be well grounded and have hands on experience in hr familiar with functional knowledge of all the hr functions like L+OD/PMS/ Rewards/ Employee Engagement and also working exposure to Industrial and employee relations fundamentals. Be aware of labour laws and legislations also .

- Will involve travelling to manufacturing units once / month in Maharashtra in the supervisory capacity for troubleshooting or issue resolution

- Incumbent should have strong business acumen, leadership qualities, matured, intelligent, excellent communication skills to be able to handle employees and also stakeholders internal or external

Age profile 35 to 50 years

- It is a newly evolved challenging role and calls for Hr profiles with a stable bent of mind with existing organizations to be able to lead this function well and independently

- Not looking for job hoppers or candidates with less than 4-5 years stable career within the existing organizations

Comp range 25-30 lacs appx
