Our client is a growing listed Bangalore based company into manufacturing sector having a turnover of 1500 Cr plus.
We are looking for a Corporate Head HR.
Role :-
KRAs for Corporate HR Head :
HRMS: Lead the implementation and optimization of robust HRMS tools to enhance HR operations and ensure HRMS is effectively integrated with other business systems
a. Utilize HR analytics and data to inform decision-making and improve HR processes
b. Ensure complete systemization for push to pay (attendance and payroll), PMS (goal setting and calendarized bi-annual reviews), personnel documentation, E-separation module
Talent Acquisition: Coordinating with talent recruitment agencies for sourcing, and promptly hiring new employees with the right skills and cultural fit
Employee Life Cycle: Pre-joining engagement, post joining documentation, induction program with welcome kit, allotment of buddy & mentor, grievance redressal helpdesk
Employee Engagement:
a. Develop and implement strategies and programs that foster positive employee experiences and enhance overall organizational performance
b. Enable and conduct regular cycles of R&R
c. Address and resolve employee relations issues and conflicts.
Training and mentorship
Corporate Communication: Employer value proposition, Employer branding (internal and external)
Fulfilling statutory requirements:
a. Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements
b. Ensure awareness amongst employees on remuneration/variable pay structure/taxation (TDS) etc.
Enabling cross-functional team meeting & quarterly Townhall
Requirements
Skills and Competencies required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRMS and HR analytics (preferably Zing)
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
- Hands on approach to getting things done
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
