Corporate Human Resources Head
- You would Part of the leadership team and head the HR function while building the right people practices, culture & employer brand.
- The role holder will have to design, implement & govern the entire employee life cycle
- Manpower Budgeting & Planning: Own the people cost & budget.
- Talent Acquisition: Build Organization as a preferred employer while hiring the best talent as per plan (TAT, Cost & Source blend)
- Performance management & Engagement: Custodian of the employee performance, growth & productivity and run strong engagement agenda.
- Skill & Competency - Define the processes & interventions to build Skills & Competencies across all levels of the organization and work out a developmental plan
- Talent Management & Succession Planning - Identify talent & talent gaps for all critical roles in the organization and chalk out a journey for each role and its successor.
- Statutory Compliances: Ensure strong adherence to compliances & audit
- Lead HR projects like compensation plans revisions.
- Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations.
- Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems.
- Design company policies and procedures
- Review and update our employment contracts and agreements.
- Prepare budgets by department.
- Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates.
- Manage internal communication projects (like job satisfaction surveys)
- Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
Qualification And Experience :
1. 10+ years of HR generalist leadership experience & Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools.
2. Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs.
3. Good knowledge of labor legislation
4. Leadership abilities
5. Experience working with widely spread teams & matrix organizations.
6. Have strong track record of performance & collaborative mindset.
7. Have strong communication and influencing skills with key stakeholders.
8. Have strong talent management and org effectiveness skill.
