Job Description:
- Responsible for all HR Generalist activities like Recruitment, Contract Labor Management,
- Training and Development, Payroll Administration, Performance Management System, Attendance Management and Joining and Exit Formalities, Occupational safety and health etc.
- Involved in maintaining Labor law , Statutory compliance. Maintaining data pertaining to various laws applicable, PF, ESIC, Factories Act, KSPCB, etc.
- Involved in timely remittance & statutory returns filing Activity (PF, ESI) preparation of monthly challan and on time disbursements of same, preparation and filing of half yearly and yearly returns of ESIC, PF, and other statutory compliance's.
- Involved in maintenance of various records pertaining to various Labor laws both Central and State wise. Maintenance of Statutory registers and records under various Labor laws.
- Maintain Employee Relation and handle Employee Engagement activities undertake complete responsibility of Administration activities. Maintenance of all records / documents in compliance with requirements including submission of MIS reports on timely basis.
