Sample responsibilities for this position include:
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of regional Human Resources Senior Specialists
- Leverage HR colleagues in the Solutions team, Employee relations, to deliver full HR solutions in matters of performance, policies, and other HR matters
- Execute initiatives and programs to better align People & Organization strategy with the business objectives of designated client business units
- Engage and influence key stakeholders to support and implement P&O initiatives across the designated client business units
- Assist and/or lead P&O related projects
- Ensure successful onboarding of all new hires
- Organizational behavior, Change Management, Quantitative/ Statistical Analysis, Competency Models
- Lead the job evaluation process including researching, analysis and determining appropriate compensation ranges for roles based on content, responsibilities qualifications, and other job-related factors.
