Requirements:

1.15+ years of experience

2. 7 years of MIS consolidated accounts

3. Worked with Big four accounting firms

4. Astute knowledge in accounting standards and Transfer pricing norms.

5. Expert level MS Excel working knowledge

6. Team player who can relate with Opcos, servicing company and other stake holders

7. Good in planning & ardent executor.

Responsibilities:

1. MIS reporting

a. Evaluate and reconcile intercompany transactions

b. Overall verification of component profitability.

c. Compilation of consolidated MIS

2. Statutory audit

a. Co-ordinate with statutory auditors of components

b. Plan for audit of components

c. Lead consolidated audit

d. Relate Tax audit requirements with stat audit

]3. Transfer Pricing

a. Structuring transfer pricing of each component and ensure arm's length pricing of inter company transactions

b. Co-ordinate with the requirements of consultants, tax auditors and stat auditors.

c. Check on the applicability of relevant law to business

4. Accounting

a. Maintenance of books of accounts of holding companies

b. Lead compilation of preparation of FS of holding companies

c. Lead preparation of consolidated FS

5. Agreements

a. Hold repository of inter-company agreements and its amendments

b. Maintain rate card of major servicing company

c. Discern the implications of inter- company contracts over FS.
