Head - Corporate Finance/Private Equity/M&A - BFS

We are currently retained by leading name in Market to looking for Head of Corporate Finance / M&A and Fund Raising

Below is the synopsis of the role

- S/he will be responsible directly dealing with board of Members

- Must have worked on closing M&A, PE Deals

- Partnering with various business teams in maximizing profits, improving decision-making, and ultimately driving financial transparency across the business.

- To develop and oversee and actively lead the implementation of a fundraising strategy which exploits a wide range of fundraising opportunities, maintains diverse and sustainable income streams, and builds the organisation's financial capacity to meet its aims and objectives

- To drive innovation in fundraising activity

- To take the lead in identifying, engaging and delivering on a number of key funders.

- To lead and manage the Fundraising team and coordinate their activities to meet and, where possible, exceed the fundraising targets
