Head - Corporate Finance - Pharma

Urgently looking for Head- Corporate Finance for one of the MNC Pharma organisation

Head Corporate Accounts for the entire group

Lead a team of 20+ direct and indirect reportees

Job Responsibilities :

- Handling of audits – Statutory audit, Internal Audit, SOX / ICFR audit, CFA Audit and Tax Audit

- Ensure Statutory Compliance – Implementation of relevant policies and SOPs, alignment of process , policies with global policies, training of finance team and support function on relevant areas, drive OEC compliance policies implementation

- Monthly MIS reporting

- Indirect taxation – ensure VAT, Service Tax and Excise compliance. Work with corporate taxation team, CFA, Supply Chain and other relevant agencies for the same.

- Coordinate with manufacturing plant for plant account activities and impact necessary guidelines and training to them

- Work with SAP team of IT for development of necessary reports and improvement modules of existing areas

Skill Requirement

- Ability to lead large team

- Good working knowledge of SAP – FICO Module

- Having dealt with top management

Qualification

- Chartered Accountant with around 15+ years post qualification experience

- Experience of pharma industry is added advantage

- Conversant with IFRS, up-to-date with Accounting Standards
