Head- Corporate Finance- Fund Raising

Reporting to: CEO

Responsibilities:

- Responsible solely for fund raising from banks and capital markets

- Focus only on raising debt

- Manage credit rating

- Manage relationship with banks, fund houses, credit rating agencies, etc.

Skills Required :

- Understanding of debt market and instruments

- Relationship with key banks and fund houses at the highest level

- Managing credit ratings

Inter-personal skills : Must be comfortable working in collaborative setting, highly effective in handling multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines and remain calm and composed during times of uncertainty and stress.

Qualification : CA/MBA - Finance/ICWA; Preferably CA

Experience :

- 15+ years of experience in raising debt from banks and capital markets

- Must have raised at least 15,000 - 20,000 crores of debt in 2016-17

- Should be employed with a major, well-known NBFC/HFC with AUM in excess of 20,000 crores
