Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to join our team as the Head of Corporate Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our group consolidation, FP&A, Finance shared services, and other financial corporate matters such as tax. This role requires a candidate with extensive global exposure and the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. o Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. o Develop KPIs and financial metrics to measure business performance and drive improvement initiatives.

- Consolidation: Oversee the consolidation of financial statements for the group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards. o Coordinate with finance teams across subsidiaries to streamline consolidation processes and enhance reporting efficiency.

- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): o Lead or support M&A activities, including due diligence, financial analysis, deal structuring, and integration planning. o Evaluate potential investment opportunities and provide recommendations to senior management based on financial and strategic considerations.

- Financial Strategy & Reporting: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's growth objectives. Assess and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of the business. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with regulatory standards, accounting principles, and internal policies. o Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and the Board of Directors.

- Stakeholder Management: o Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, business unit leaders, and finance teams. o Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as financial advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure compliance and alignment with industry best practices.

- Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing finance team. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Investor Relations: Act as the primary liaison with investors, analysts, and financial institutions to communicate financial performance, corporate strategy, and investment opportunities.
