Head - Corporate Finance - FMCG

One of the rapidly growing FMCG major is looking for Senior professionals to head the Corporate Finance Role.

The incumbent should be a CA / MBA with 12 to 18 years of relevant experience and expertise in the following four functions:

- Mergers & Acquisitions

- Fund Raising

- Corporate Strategy

- Treasury Management

Roles & Responsibilities in detail :

1) Mergers & Acquisitions:

- Designing strategies and objectives for the M&A division; directing overall management and operations to ensure M&A services meet organizational objectives.

- Overseeing the M&A process, from target company selection to post-merger integration.

- Analysis of investments opportunities and advising the best structure to undertake investments with the objective of Optimizing returns.

2) Corporate Strategy:

- Effectively communicate the businesses strategic objectives with senior management to drive the business forward.

- Collaborate with finance teams to get a take on how the businesses cash flow happens.

- Develop business plans and procedures with a positive outcome

- In-depth knowledge of various financial structures, outsourcing opportunities, public communications and competitive intelligence.

3) Fund Raising & Treasury Management:

- Developing strategies and setting goals related to fund raising

- Liaising with the fundraising team

- Overseeing events and campaigns

- Responsible for suggesting ways to improve the company's profitability, analyzing performance, and proposing improvements.
