About our Client:

Our client is a leading player in the food and beverages industry across the globe. With global revenues of over 1 billion $, they have an aggressive focus on the India chapter of their business - which is one of their highest contributors on the global front as well. They are looking for a Head Corporate Finance for managing their high revenue growth of accounts and ensure high levels of compliance. The role is based out of their corporate office in Gurgaon.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be managing a dotted line team of 5 people and your main responsibilities will entail:

- Ensure high standard of book keeping

- Ensure financial and statutory compliance under direct and indirect taxes

- Provide daily/weekly/monthly information and analyse the same as required by the business

- Manage tax issues effectively, provide guidance for effective compliances and provide requisite support to the tax consultants by providing factual information related to litigation

- Lead corporate control team and guide sales and manufacturing team in financial reporting

The Successful Candidate:

- You must be a Charted Accountant with atleast 12 years of post qualification experience with relevant exposure in a manufacturing set up.

- A proven track record of good leadership skills is a must.

- An experience within the big 4 and excellent communication skills will make the difference in the final selection.
