Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Corporate Finance with a minimum of 15 years of extensive experience in debt and equity fundraising.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing corporate financial activities, developing and implement ting strategic financial plans, and building strong relationships with investors and financial institutions.

- This role will lead our corporate finance initiatives, drive capital raising efforts, and oversee financial analysis to support our company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement corporate finance strategies to achieve the company's growth objectives.

- Lead the analysis of capital structure and advise the executive team on financial strategy, funding requirements, and investment opportunities.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to align corporate finance initiatives with overall business strategy.

2. Debt and Equity Fundraising:

- Oversee all aspects of debt and equity fundraising activities, including preparing pitch materials, financial models, and investor presentations.

- Build and maintain relationships with a network of institutional investors, banks, and other financial institutions to facilitate successful fundraising efforts.

- Manage the due diligence process and negotiate terms with investors.

3. Financial Analysis and Reporting:

- Direct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and performance measurement to support investment decisions.

- Ensure accurate financial forecasting and budge ting processes are in place to inform strategic goals.

- Prepare and present detailed financial reports and presentations to the executive team and board of directors.

4. Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing corporate finance team.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the finance team.

- Ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge for successful performance.

5. Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.

- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact corporate finance strategies.

6. Stakeholder Engagement:

- Engage with key stakeholders (including shareholders, analysts, and financial institutions) to communicate the companys financial strategy and performance.

- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events to enhance visibility and attract investment opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA / CA preferred).

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity, with a focus on debt and equity fundraising.

- Proven track record of leading successful capital raising initiatives and building strong investor relationships.

- Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and M&A processes.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial information and present it clearly.

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.

- Outstanding negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders.

- Strong network in investment circles and familiarity with venture capital and private equity markets.

- Should have good experience in end to end life cycle of fund raising in both debt and equity from both domestic and international market.
