Key Responsibilities:

1) Ensure design and implementation of systems and processes to monitor and analyze financial covenants across TS Group, leading improvements in financing agreements, securing finance from new sources, diversifying capital raising and structuring opportunities es etc. and present it to senior management for further action

2) Oversee the design of financial models for overall Group as well as entity level profitability analysis

3) Assess liquidity of the business on a regular basis and negotiate better terms with banks to optimize utilization of available cash and provide flexibility to the business

4) Optimize debt and working capital funding structures for minimum interest cost to the business

5) Monitor banking operations to ensure timely completion of procedures and process efficiency resulting in minimal operating costs and business ease

6) Ensure preparation of monthly MIS and reporting for senior management

7) Mentor and coach subordinates to develop the teams' capabilities and build a strong succession pipeline for the role

Skills:

- Should have experience in analysing financial proposals or in fund-raising transactions, fund based and/or non-fund based.

a) Understanding of financial markets and capital issuance process

b) Ability to analyse balance sheet and financial performance documentation

c) Understanding of loan documents and offer documents

d) Strong quantitative and analytical skills

e) Good oral and written communication skills

f) Ability to deal with tight project deadlines with multiple intermediaries and volatile capital markets

g) Ability to motivate and lead a team.
