Monitor credit appraisals & ratings undertaken by Credit Team Monitoring of exposure to different industry sectors, the environment for the respective sectors and provide inputs on strategy to Business Team and Senior Management Facilitate the process of annual review of credit files / portfolio Monitoring of stressed and NPA accounts Contribute towards development of CFG / SME credit policy, norms, and other development projects like LGD, EDA and RAROC model developments.
- Provide guidance and on the job training to the team of analysts reporting as well as to the marketing team through proposal specific discussions. Build an efficient credit and underwriting team to effectively cater to the needs of the Credit Function.
The official should have developed credit skills through functional experience in credit risk / corporate business team with a major bank / NBFC.
- Strategic thinker with ability to appreciate the entire gamut of risk issues facing financial institutions.
- Good communication skills
- Good leadership skills to take the team along and deliver the departmental / organizational goals.
- Interaction with peers and seniors in other functions
Relevant and total years of Experience
- Around 13 years of credit risk / corporate business management experience with 5 years at senior levels in a Bank / NBFC. Relationship Management experience would be added qualification.
