- Lead the development of our communication strategy with full accountability for PR, brand, internal and leadership communications. You will serve as a true business partner to the company, ensuring that the communication strategy and outcomes deliver business impact and that they are aligned with the overall company vision, mission, strategy and goals.
- Proactive and hands-on, with strong business acumen and drive and determination to succeed.
- Experienced in working with the CEO and C-suite as a critical stakeholder group
- Confident in building relationships at all levels, with the relevant experience, skills and resilience to deliver meaningful results
- Experienced in company repositioning strategies with demonstrable outcomes that have influenced internal and external stakeholder behaviour in a meaningful way.
- Leading the development and implementation of multi-stakeholder external and internal communication strategies, working closely with the C-suite and management team
- Developing and evolving the corporate narrative and messaging, and leading the development of associated collateral, content and imprinting within the business.
- Building collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including group.
- Effectively managing the Corporate Communications annual operating plan (AOP) in line with business priorities
- Continuing to cultivate and build the Corporate Communications team's reputation in the business as a centre of excellence and acting as a business partner in support of teams across the business
- Leading the Corporate Communications team with an emphasis on team development and coaching.
- Demonstratable senior leadership global experience in corporate communications,
- Experience in translating and demonstrating the impact of communications initiatives in a wider business context
- Extensive first-hand issues, crisis and change management experience for a B2B brand with proven ability to provide sound communication advice in these situations
