CANDIDATE PROFILE:-A good professional PG qualifications in Communications/related,Preferably with a similar qualification in Graduation. 13 to 17 years of quality exposure in whole gamut of Corporate communication as detailed in Job profile,including a Good stint in Mid-size strong Manufacturing Corporate/Group as Head/ or no.2 in a Large Corporate/Group.People Management capabilities of a small team.Good communication and presentation Skills.Exposure to handling English,Vernacular Media,public offices ,Good connects and Net-working capabilities

JOB PROFILE:

A. Create, Develop & Execute effective External & Internal communication strategies for the Corporate/Group Companies.

B.To handle relevant all External/Internal Communications,Public/ Media Relations and Social Media management

C. To work on communication materials i.e. pamphlets, brochure, advertising materials,calendars, diaries etc including developing and contributing content (Wherever required)for the marketing and other departments of the Corporate /Group Companies

Managing Corporate websites/Social Media /Blogs and other Tools/ Resources management for Corporate and group companies keeping in mind Corporate dynamics relating to various stakeholders

Manage Internal Communications flow with a deep understanding of Business/Operational requirements

Edit,Improve company's Newsletter and contribute quality, relevant &Effective content to enhance Employee Engagement

Contribute content for Internal Mailers

Excellent connect and networking Capabilities across relevant Public,Media domain

Should adopt new methods an creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key events and changes in the Corporate/Group including the launch of new products, special events and other topics of interest.

Exposure to and Knowledge in Automation and design/other Software (Like Coral draw etc)relating to all above job requirements preferred.K.Strong Communication and presentation Skills

Good Knowledge of Tamil,English &Hindi
