Title : Head - Corporate Communications
Role Summary :
Responsible for planning, development and execution of Company's corporate marketing strategy that emphasizes brand, digital marketing, communications, public relations and analyst relations
Responsibilities :
- Work with business units, corporate strategy and enabling functions to define and execute a global brand strategy that is deployed consistently across Company's geographic markets and focus verticals
- Develop and execute a global marketing, communications and public relations program that sustains Company's brand and image with its clients, investors, prospective employees and the general public
- Own the editorial direction, design and production of brand and corporate content for the website, marketing collateral, trade shows and PR events
- Develop and execute an analyst relations programme that leverages the company's industry, technical and marketing expertise to favorably position Company with the analyst community
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to strengthen the brand through social media and other digital channels
- Develop and sustain media interest in Company, maintain regular contact and coordinate responses and interactions with target media supported by an external public relations agency
- Own planning and budgeting for corporate marketing programmes, track, measure and report progress and outcomes to management and key stakeholders
- Lead, mentor and motivate the corporate marketing and communications team
Qualifications :
- 15 - 20 years of experience preferably in the IT or professional services industry, 5+ years of people management experience
- Proven track record in marketing and communications roles
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across industries, geographies and cultures
- High energy, self-driven and result-oriented individual, strong interpersonal skills and team player
- Bachelor degree required, MBA preferred
