Role: As the Head of Corporate Communication, you will lead the development and execution of communication strategies that build the company's reputation, engage stakeholders, and strengthen its position as a thought leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Craft and implement the corporate communication strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.
2. Build and maintain relationships with media, industry analysts, and key stakeholders to drive positive coverage and brand advocacy.
3. Develop thought leadership initiatives, including white papers, articles, and speaking opportunities for leadership.
4. Manage external communications, including press releases, crisis communication, and media inquiries.
5. Oversee internal communication strategies to foster a strong organizational culture and employee engagement.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging across product launches, marketing campaigns, and partnerships.
Candidate Requirements:
1. MBA from a Tier 1 institution.
2. 12+ years of experience in corporate communication, public relations, or media relations, with a strong focus on fintech or high-growth technology companies is a must.
3. Proven expertise in managing high-stakes communication campaigns and crisis management.
