- Executive Hiring is looking for a Head - Corporate Communication
( Digital/Brand & Content ) for an FMCG, based at Kolkata.
- Post Grad / MBA in Marketing with 15-17 years of work exp. in digital media, marketing communications, preferably experience in building a company's brand proposition in an FMCG, eComm, D2C etc.
- Since it's a part of the Leadership Team, hence we are not looking at anyone lesser than 12 yrs. of work experience, of which at least last 2 yrs. handling Digital Marketing.
- Develop strategy to enhance the organisation reputation keeping in mind corporate and business objectives and lead execution of appropriate initiatives.
- Monitor external conditions and competition in order to provide strategic insights on latest trends and unique market practices and formulate appropriate execution plans.
- Act as a bridge and enabler for Group Communications for various businesses, providing timely and relevant counsel and support for important events, including campaigns, quarterly results, crisis management, etc.
- Building Content and Communications strategies for enhancing brand equity
- Leading the team to create necessary content and narratives for different communication objectives and channels, including the design and execution of campaigns with the overall objective of enhancing brand equity
- Develop a brand identity framework for to enable coordinated and consistent messaging
- Provide strategic direction and supervision to the internal communications function
- Enable leaders with powerful messaging for both external and internal events.
- Supervision of relevant communication collaterals including publications.
- Measuring and improving Brand Health.
- Measurement, Tracking and Impact Analysis to measure Brand Health
- Creating communities on social media who help become our brand advocates
- Events, Exhibitions & Awards
- Help evaluate participation in various awards, events and exhibitions
- Supervision and guidance on events and exhibitions and helping craft content for such events
- Overseeing execution of such events - both external and internal to enhance digital presence
- Strategize content and grow presence across the various digital avenues, including social media like LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- Coordination with internal teams to source right stories that can be amplified both, internally and externally
- Monitor digital analytics to gain insights, take corrective action and spot opportunities
