About our Client : The client is a global MNC and a market leader in adhesives, sealants and surface treatments for consumers, craftsmen and industrial applications. The company has a long tradition of a well balanced portfolio of international, regional and local brands.

Job Description : Reporting into the Regional Head Corporate Communications the candidate is required to:

- Develop and implement an annual corporate communications plan and strategy for country x based on the company's requirements, covering external and internal communications, based on Must Have activities and aligned with VC road map as well as the country strategy.

- Monitor and ensure the ongoing progress against objectives.

- Consult and coach the Country President, the ExCom and the whole organization in all communication related fields.

- Identify third parties in Corporate Communications projects and lead/coordinate the activities of internal and external participants.

- Deliver all communications activities in the areas media and external, internal and online in line with the annual plan, budget and time frame.

- Ensure consistent alignment with strategy and key messages.

- Evaluate the outcome of communications projects.

- External Communications: Enhance reputation through broader show case of our contribution to local economy.

- Media Relations-Build up and maintain relationships with key national and local media, based on up-to-date distribution list.

The Successful Candidate:

- The candidate must have a University degree in Communications, Business or a comparable degree with relevant experience.

- Minimum of 6 years experience in Corporate Communications (incl. External & Internal Communication, Corporate Brand Management) acquired in a responsible position within a company or agency.

- Good knowledge of local media and political landscape and established contacts to the local media.

- The candidate must be willing to travel.
