Responsibilities :

The incumbent will be responsible for developing relationships with financial institutions and banks for the benefit of the customer so that finance can be easily arranged for the customer and the company collects its receivables in time.

Create awareness about the company to ensure easy access to finance projects. Actively develop relationships with financial banks so that organisation can get access to finance at the best rates. Strengthen relationship with senior level bank officers.

Initiates and maintains critical relationships and intervene to resolve problem relationships.

Ensuring coordination of team activities with key internal and external stakeholders.

Providing support to the organisation on preparation of feasibility report of the project and arrange for finance at the best available rates.

Reviewing organisation position and business, balance sheet, profit & loss on a regular basis to ensure course correction.

Providing guidance, coaching and mentoring to direct reports. Planning and reviewing performance of direct reports and providing developmental inputs.

Candidate Profile :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with additional qualifications like CS / ICWA/ CFA / MBA (Finance), will be an added advantage;Retired bankers from PSU having excellent network preferred.

- 15+ years in Corporate Finance function

- Expertise and experience in arranging large size borrowings for working capital, term loans, acquisition funding;

- Possesses excellent relationship with major banks and financial institutions;

- Ability to work on various structured financial products

- Successful track record in a senior and influential treasury appointment with experience covering a broad spectrum of treasury and financial risk management functions

- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic and operational leadership in a fast-paced environment with cross-market exposure

- Hands-on, with the ability to build strong relationships with Bankers, line management and central resources at senior management level.

- Excellent influencing skills and ability to communicate

- Confident, robust and focused leader, as well as a solid team player

- Effective project management capabilities; able to juggle multiple assignments in short time frames

- Demonstrated ability to lead the function innovatively, driving through change, bringing new concepts to support growth strategy or improved financial performance

- Ability to attract, assess, and develop finance talent, as part of the Finance Department's leadership team

- High levels of resilience and robustness, personal self motivation and drive

The position reports into the Promoter.
