Head - Corporate Affairs

Key Role Responsibility:

- Candidates with current or prior experience working at INDIA or International - Corporate Affairs and Liaison

- Follow-up of legal cases, briefing Advocates, maintain track of all cases, which are pending before Jr. Division, Sr. Division.

- Improving Cordial Relation with nearby Villages, Bureaucrats, Local Leaders, and Politicians, etc.

- Abilities in handling legal matters, land acquisition, event management, Liaison with Government Authorities, External Agencies.

- Proficiency in handling Legal issues, Liaison, Land Acquisition, Conversion of Agricultural Land, Documentation, Registration, Office Management, and Grievance handling.

- Should have extensive knowledge in various branches of law.

- Assisting/Guiding as the case may be in framing legal policies.

- All other legal and liaison work.

- Liaison with Dist Authorities, Revenue Dept, Forest Dept, Police Dept, etc.
