Key Requirement:
1. Own Conversational AI (for Chatbot, WhatsApp) as an independent business channel.
2. Lead a team of product managers, UX designers, AI conversation designers, Chatbot developers and Chatbot content managers to drive digital servicing transformation, centered around creating effortless and personalized customer interactions at scale
Responsibilities:
1. Own the Experience, Solutioning, and Platform
2. Own and build Customer journeys, own the platform UX, UI
3. Define, track and own the KPIs (CSAT, NPS, MAU, DAU, etc.) for Chatbot / WhatsApp Channel
4. Build and execute the roadmap
5. Define new use cases working closely with business verticals
6. Analyze data and recommend changes required in the content/system for improving engagement
7. Regular industry analysis of Conversational Bots/WhatsApp space
8. Create reports/analysis, build deep customer insight
9. Work with various teams (IT, Business solutions, Marketing, etc.) to ensure right features are created with maximum efficiency and ROI for the bank.
10. Work with marketing to drive internal and external communication and adoption pertaining to Conversational AI channels.
