About Our Client :

Our client is one of the well-established NBFCs backed by a reputed conglomerate. The NBFC has both secured and unsecured product offerings across Business Loans, Vehicle Loans, Personal loans, Loans Against Shares, Micro-finance and Agri-loans.

Job Description :

- Strong experience of 10 plus years in branch banking and setting up a 1000 crores group loans portfolio with a large MFI/NBFC or a retail bank

- Experience in client operations and branch banking is a must

- Exposure to retail lending products and processes is a must

The Successful Applicant :

- MBA with 10+ years in the financial services space

- Experience of 10 years in branch banking with last three years at least in setting up a multi State 1000 crores group loans portfolio with a large MFI, NBFC or retail bank

- Ability to lead, manage and coordinate large and multi-disciplinary teams.

- Strong management skills; excellent negotiation and presentation skills
