CTC: up to 70 LPA

Requisite:

- Applications with 15+ yrs or Relevant work experience, of which 8 yrs in a leadership role

- Develops and execute contracting strategic for construction services suiting the project/ location/ budget, identifies key contract saving/ value engineering opportunities.

- Works across Company to clearly understand the contract requirements by category and ultimately be responsible for all award of contracts by ensuring their timely delivery.

- Establish strategy & process for ensuring best pricing & water tight terms across items.

- Vendor Development [help develop Vendor capabilities to deliver better quality and value] Operations & Delivery

- Ensure all contracts are in compliance Company policies and procedures by implementing best practice processes and solutions - Pre and post contract.

- Identifies and mitigate the risk through contractor pre-qualification, evaluation and negotiation.

- Provide guidance, recommendations and strategies with regard to contract management and administration of best practice.

- Implement process improvements in all phases of contract cycle (Pre and post contract)

- Works with budget, contract committee colleagues, ensuring strong business controls in all contract.

- Functional participation in project reviews and company management forums

- Building company's contract management capabilities, develop contract management function and team.

- Vendor Relations [Meetings | Events | Recognition | Communication & Updates], R&D [New Materials], Process & Knowledge Management

- Vendor Performance [Ratings | Communication | Awards]

- Participates in the recruitment and selection of staff and ensure the effective management and development of staff.

- Other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
