Head Contracts - projects/ material division - warehousing/Infra projects Co.

CTC - upto 25 LPA

Note - we are looking for candidates who have handled Contracts only or extensively

Job Purpose: Create fool proof contracts for businesses success.

Location: Central Suburbs - Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Drive implementation of SOPS for all activities of team including defining TAT's for all the Contracts related activities.

- Monitors deployment of procurement strategy on economies of scale and cost saving. Lead and participate in high value,complex transactions, overseeing negotiations, governance mechanisms and vendor performance.

- Award contracts effectively within budgets approved for all disciplines of work including Civil, MEP, consultancy services like Design, PMC etc.

- Inspect, review Material quality periodically, give feedback to vendors. Establish systems and controls to ensure purchase transactions are carried out with Integrity.

- Provide weekly reports and MIS to management.

Qualification: BE 0r MBA in Material Mgnt

Experience: Minimum of 15+ years in Contracts making related to Procurement, Supply Chain, Sourcing in Warehousing /Construction industry.

- Experience in Leading Procurement function of well - established Warehouse,

- Industrial Parks or Construction Industry

- Experience of handling high value contracts for Project Management, services
