Skills & Attributes:

A. A minimum 15+ years working experience with contract in Leading Real Estate companies with minimum 5 years of experience in Head of Department Role

B. Demonstrated knowledge and application of best practice contracting techniques

C. Demonstrated experience in drafting, negotiating, executing and managing contract/ services agreement

D. Change management experience implementing strategic sourcing and contracting initiatives

E. Well versed with specifications and analyzing bids

F. Demonstrated experience in contractor management

G. Impeccable ethics and high level of Integrity

H. Current knowledge of industry practice, trends and issues

I. Highly developed organizational, communication and presentation skills

J. Strong management or leadership skills as exhibited by experience in effectively leading a team and/ or chairing committees

K. Superior interpersonal skills as demonstrated by the ability to form professional relationships at all levels of the organization and with appropriate external stakeholders
