Head - Contract - Real Estate

- The Contract Head will be responsible for managing all stages of contracts associated with the company's projects.

- This encompasses drafting, negotiating, and overseeing contracts to ensure adherence to legal requirements and company policies.

- The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation abilities and a thorough knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.

Focus Areas:

- Team building & setting up internal processes

- Finalizing Contracting strategies to optimize COC, reduce GST impact & ensure smooth execution at site

- Reviewing & prioritizing the ongoing tasks of the team on weekly basis

- Rates standardization for items like tiling, hardscape

- Finalize discounting structures for pipes, wires, cables
