Position : CMB (Sales & Marketing)

Educational Qualification : MBA (Marketing/Strategy) from top 10 B School only

Experience : 10 – 15 yrs.

- Administrative

- Head, Business Development

- Key Account Managers

- Sales Commercial

Key Internal Interactions - Entity - Purpose of Interaction

- Operations - Communicating and agreeing on customer specifications and SLAs

- R&D - Communicating Customer response and feedback on products

- Corporate communications - Formulating strategies for PR and other communication that helps build the brand of the CMB business in the geography

Key External Interactions - Entity - Purpose of Interaction

- FMCG companies - Understanding needs of current and new customers, agreeing on SLAs and contracts

- Media (Television, Newspapers, Magazines) Ensuring implementation of the sales and marketing plans for CMB in the geography

- Industry Forums/ Associations Gaining insights into customer and competitor strategies, industry best practices, networking

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning and Strategizing

2. Policy and Process Design, Implementation and Review

3. Coordination and Interface with R&D and operations

4. Management of performance, capability and morale

5. Infrastructure and Technology Investment and Management

Technical Skills and Knowledge

- Strong conceptual understanding of sales, marketing, key account management and CRM concepts, trends, and best practices

- Undated knowledge of competitor strategies and customer requirements, tastes and preferences

- Knowledge of company’s strategy, structure and practices and global CMB sales and marketing plans

- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

- Proven ability to build, sustain, and influence relationships, at all levels of an organization

- Strong conceptual, planning, and decision-making skills

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to invoke change

- Deep data analysis, planning and forecasting skills
