- 17-25 years of in Business Excellence/ Continuous Improvement/ Manufacturing / WCM role in large capacity

- Understands offerings - like Customer Operations/ Information Technology/ Finance and Accounting/ Networks/ Human Resource Services

- Work closely with plant leadership teams of assigned plants and segment leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and leverage the Lean Six Sigma methodology to drive improvement

- Well versed with various Process Improvement frameworks, ie., Lean Six Sigma, 5S, TPM, TQM

- Participate in Sites - Lean Diagnostic/Lean project implementation, using Basic and Advanced Lean Sigma tools, coaching the teams, developing local capabilities, running kaizens, etc focusing on the success of the overall project

- Self-driven (initiative & drive things to closure) and has excellent understanding of Audit and Certification principles

- Provide a comprehensive overview of Continuous Improvement projects, results, methodologies and tools used across the region

- Responsible for business improvement through structured problem solving using 6 Sigma DMAIC, A3, KT In addition, the technical support for the use of 6 Sigma tools (SPC, Gauge R&R, Process Capability, ) for use on a daily basis

- Ensure cross-function and cross-project alignment (measurement, classification, data source, ) and provide guidance and support as required

- Lead, motivate and develop the Controls Excellence Team to prioritize and allocate work in order to complete the review, documentation, and testing of key financial business processes to support the Company's senior management's SOX attestation responsibilities and meet other key Controls Excellence strategic objectives
