Key responsibilities :
- Maintain an overall plan and program for all clients in consultation with the respective Account Managers/Account Directors
- Manage all delivery resources and work within the resource plan and budget
- Prepare a strategy and direction for each client and win the client over to understanding this and executing according to this plan
- Ensure that quality is maintained and adhered to at all levels of delivery
- Be responsible for the progress and performance of resources within the team
- Provide solutions in response to sales pitches and RFPs detailing scope, cost and execution methodology
- Train, guide and mentor team members so that they are operating at their best performance
- From time-to-time conduct training and orientation sessions for staff and customers alike with a view to improving and enhancing delivery
- Review and work with the freelance pool that the company has and ensure that they are at an optimum level of performance
- Recommend and adopt best practices for content delivery and keep motivation
Experience nature & duration :
- Total 10 years.
- 75% Exp. Managing client A/cs.
- Managed well know brands with ticket size of Rs 24 lakhs/yr.
- Some team management exp.
Experience essential :
- Leadership position in Content with exposure to also digital marketing, 5 years in leadership role and overall 13 - 16 years relevant experience in a 20 - 40 person agency.
- Proven track record of stay and performance.
