Content Marketing Head (Saas Based Company)
RESPONSIBILITY :
- Responsible for growth of Brand as an industry leader as well as a thought leader in the SME space
- Understand the business, product & customer journey and how content marketing fits in the overall growth model
- Develop and optimize of all content related assets and inspire the development of first-class content related to its product and services
- Understand market trends, listen to the voice of the customer and use both to inform content strategy
- Oversee the brand marketing budgets and manages Go-To-Market content strategy which will increase visibility for the brand across all digital channels
- Develop editorial guidelines including for style and tone, creating enablement and training resources for stakeholders
- Work with a cross-departmental team, maintain the master content calendar for web platforms including social media, website, & blogs
- Co-creates newsletters, product update emailers, knowledge base, social media posts, blogs, infographics, PR related articles, videos to drive leads, subscribers & increase awareness
- Collaborating with stakeholders such as writers, editors, social media, content distribution and SEO specialists to create and refresh content to capture crucial SERP real estate
- Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of high quality content and tracking progress across writing, design and publication.
- Track metrics & KPIs to give insights on what is working & what can be improved.
REQUIREMENT :
- 5+ years of content marketing campaign management
Tools Expertise : Experience on tools like WordPress, AHREF, Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Uber suggest, or their equivalent
- Immaculate written and oral communication skills and a penchant for marketing internet products
- Strong SEO knowledge and experience of search engine optimization practices, including ON Page and OFF Page Optimization
- Direct experience creating short form video content
- You are passionate about building a brand in the consumer webspace
- Comfortable with SQL or other equivalent and with advanced excel
- Has worked in a fast-growing unstructured startup environment
- In-depth experience of market research in SME SaaS-tech or SMB segments is preferred
