Role : Content Marketing Head.

Experience : 4+ years.

CTC : 18 LPA to 20 LPA.

Location : Gurgaon

Role & Responsibilities:

- Oversee a team of professionals spanning copywriting, design, videography, production, ensuring the delivery of high-quality content aligned with brand standards.

- Conceptualize and execute impactful celebrity and brand campaigns in multiple regional languages, effectively reaching diverse target audiences and enhancing brand visibility.

- Strategize content planning to optimize click-through rates (CTRs) and return on ad spend (ROAS), resulting in increased audience engagement and conversions.

- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, to align content strategies with business objectives and drive customer acquisition and retention.

- Developed an innovative approach for long-format advertisements on platforms like Facebook, yielding a remarkable return on ad spend (ROAS) of 2+ and fostering heightened audience engagement.

- Oversee the brand's positioning across various touchpoints, including product packaging, UX, website landing pages, and advertisements.

- Lead generation od impactful revenue through CRM activities across email, SMS and WhatsApp.

- Ensure the product catalogue is managed to best in class standards to deliver on business goals.

- Manage briefs and work with external agencies and partners.

- Employ a research-driven approach to gather and implement consumer insights and across content efforts and keep building understanding of competitor landscape.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Demonstrated 3-5 years experience building a content marketing strategy that impacts business results.

- Proven record of managing a content marketing team.

- Creative eye for detail and storytelling, with a passion for storytelling.

- Excellent writing skills are critical and a must.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

- Broad experience across content marketing channels and a thirst to continue testing and learning.

- Budget management experience.
