- A smart SR Account Director/Manager who builds the relationships, flexible, has good process knowledge with ability to manage the key stakeholders. Since job demands dealing with demanding customers, ability to manage the expectations with high amount of patience including speed at which person can respond will be critical as a skill. person must need to have good analytical perspective

- Since role also requires operational understanding, person must need to have good process knowledge of recruitment and HR. This is one of the critical requirement of the role

- Good Sr. program Manager who can ensure continuity of the business and client satisfaction is achieved. Should be having good engineering background. Somehow who can go and talk on Engineering as well content. While the business is content engineering but a lot of engineering process is inbuilt in the system.

- Good financial understanding of the account. Will be accountable for Revenue, LM, EBITDA etc.

- Will be handling a large P&L and team size of more than 1000 people.
