The Content Head with Solutioning Experience is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, development, and management of content across various platforms and channels. This role combines expertise in content creation and management with a strong ability to deliver tailored solutions that address client or business challenges. The ideal candidate will be skilled in content strategy, leadership, and innovative problemsolving.

Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes):

- Strong content development and management skills - ILT and digital content.

- Should have developed learning journeys and content for enterprise trainings

- Should have a rich experience in need analysis & devising ROI driven enterprise learning strategies

- Should have experience in designing & developing content for sales & customer service trainings

- Should possess rich experience in Competency mapped curriculum design and development

- Strong team management skills

- Strong project management skills

- Should be able to manage P&L

Desired Attributes:

- Should have designed/managed competency assessments

- Should have managed assessment centers

Key Responsibility Areas:

- The candidate will lead the content team for conceptualizing, designing & developing competency mapped content.

- Will also be required to work on designing learning solutions and frameworks.

- Will be responsible for championing projects to conduct diagnosis, solutioning and delivery plan to achieve business goals.

- Will be responsible for managing the P&L of content projects.

- Manage a team of instructional designers, e-learning content developers and learning consultants
