Head - Content Development - EdTech Business
Introduction :
- Our innovative EdTech center is seeking a talented and experienced Head of Content Development to lead our content creation efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the entire content lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership :
- Develop and execute the vision, mission, and strategic goals for the content development team.
- Lead the creation and implementation of innovative content strategies and development processes.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence in content creation and delivery.
Content Development and Management :
- Oversee the design, development, and production of educational content, including online courses, videos, interactive modules, and other multimedia materials.
- Design, develop, and maintain course materials across various delivery channels including instructor-led, virtual and self-paced learning champion adoption of cutting-edge technologies and stay at the leading edge of content.
- Ensure content is engaging, pedagogically sound, and aligned with best practices in instructional design.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and product managers to create high-quality learning materials.
Product Development and Integration :
- Work closely with product and technology teams to integrate content seamlessly into the EdTech platform.
- Ensure that the content leverages the latest technological advancements to enhance user experience.
- Contribute to the development of new features and tools that support content delivery and engagement.
- Create a strong process and project management approach to significantly scale up quality and quantum of content and manage the different stages of the product life cycle, across existing and new offerings.
Quality Assurance and Assessment :
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of content.
- Utilize data analytics to inform content development decisions and improve learning outcomes.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of content to maintain its relevance and quality.
