Job Profile -
- Design training modules and courses encompassing end-user type and level of maturity (basic, intermediate and advanced) ensuring understanding by users from all regions, states and cities in India
- Liaison with different functional teams to develop core training material
Coordinate with the Product and Devices team for - subject matter- of training material
- Identify mode of transmission of each type of content and accordingly design content
- Work with different types of input material to create instructional content
- Apply various Instructional strategies, models and theories to content while developing a strong network of content/training content providers which suit our requirements.
- Translate and communicate the training needs to freelancers/agencies engaged for the purpose of preparing content within required timeline and as per expected quality standards
- Undertake continuous improvement for all courses by proactively seeking inputs from stakeholders and measuring employee performance
- Ensure regular updation of the Knowledge repository with inputs from circle business, product managers, Regulatory bodies and communication of updates to the relevant teams as required
- Define technology requirements for KM solution development, own the overall KM management process, while interfacing with different teams & IT for regular updation
- Design feedback mechanism for KM from both internal & external customers and undertake corrective actions to ensure maximum usage and relevance for KM system
- Innovative content/KM formats to make learning fun and easy
- Conduct periodic gap assessment exercises against industry best practices
