- Manage Operations of 8-10 Contact Center's Pan India.
- Process Improvement & Re engineering
- Analytic & Reports
- Customer segmentation and behaviour.
- Ownership of all Governance and strict adherence to compliance.
- Set up and manage Quality parameters.
